The staff here is really great. They got me in to their busy schedule the next day for a really uncomfortable retainer issue I was having. Everyone was really friendly and competent.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and it has been the best dental clinic. I was traumatized as a child because of overly sensitive teeth/strong nerves, and have always been terrified of the dentist. But Dr. Lackhoff is as skilled and gentle as she is funny and friendly. All while being honest , polite, and helpful. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly, and I love that they work WITH you, instead of ON you. I cannot say enough good things.

Staff are helpful, friendly, and responsive. However, the two stars is due to the cost. My insurance is not accepted by the practitioner - which we found out after going. Thus, a basic exam with xtrays, etc. for my dependent cost me over $400 (after conversion to USD). That is unreasonabley expensive, particulary here in Germany, and even if one's insurance covered the costs. Very unfortunate.

My family goes here and we love it. The staff is very friendly. My children's dentist is great with the kids and never pushes them to do something if they aren't comfortable. His goal is to make the dentist a pleasant experience so they don't avoid the dentist as adults.

We've had an excellent experience here without any issues. And so I'm surprised the rating isn't much higher. All of the staff are always helpful and polite. Dr Lackhoff is very experienced, honest and thorough. Stephanie was my dental hygienist and she was so nice! She did a great job and was so caring, thorough & professional simultaneously! She's the best hygienist I've had and I've had some wonderful ones, so it means a lot :)

I have always had a phobia of dentist. This place and staff was amazing. I had a tooth extracted entire visit was 35 minutes. Painless. I have not had any pain with this process.
