No savings and popular museums are not included in the list. The easiest way is to pay for transport for the whole day and go to your favorite museum. The amount will be less than the cost of the card.

Sama idea jest super.Plusy:- duża oferta atrakcji do których ma się dostęp;- atrakcyjne ceny;- miła pamiatka;- możliwość odbioru karty przez kogoś innego.Minusy:- wąski zakres opcji kart do wyboru;- brak uaktualniania cen;- konieczność rezerwacji terminu w muzeach mimo, iż posiada się kartę;- mało atrakcyjne ceny dla osób bez legitymacji studenckiej;- koniecznie trzeba zaplanować wcześniej co planuję się zobaczyć w Krakowie.Podsumowując, karta sprawdza się w 100% jeżeli posiadamy dodatkowy dokument uprawniający nas do zniżki na jej zakup, w innym przypadku trzeba kombinować z zakupem biletów MPK (na wszystkie strefy) bezpośrednio u przewoźnika.The idea itself is great.Pros:- a large offer of attractions to which you have access;- attractive prices;- a nice souvenir;- possibility for someone else to collect the card.Cons:- a narrow range of card options to choose from;- no updating of prices;- the necessity to book an appointment in museums, despite the fact that you have a card;- unattractive prices for people without a student ID;- you must plan in advance what you plan to see in Krakow.To sum up, the card works 100% if we have an additional document entitling us to a discount on its purchase, otherwise you have to combine the purchase of MPK tickets (for all zones) directly from the carrier.

DO NOT BUY THE KRAKOWCARD. What a fraude. We collect the pass at the airport at Friday at 14.15. The guy at the ticket office told us that we can use the card for 48 hours. NOT, we went to KrakowCard in the center and they told us that the information at the airport was not correct. The pass can only be used on Friday ans Saturday. We have to buy a new pass for Sunday for visiting musea and going to the airport. They do not want to give any service at all. We were told to leave the office. No service at all. What a desception. Furthermore a lot of the 40 attraction were closed during January till March. The price is the same! Shame on KrakowCard.

Eigentlich eine gute Idee, jedoch nicht zu Ende gedacht. Die zwei bedeutendsten Museen (Königliches Schloss auf dem Wawel und Czartoryski Museum mit dem Gemälde von Leonardi da Vinci) sind im Preis nicht enthalten und Tickets müssen dafür zusätzlich gekauft werden.

The customer service was very bad. We wanted to buy the krakow cards, the girl in the reception gave us an old leaflet with old prices, but she didn’t tell us they have changed. She kept our personal info, we were waiting for her to speak with someone about the cards and then when we told her we would pay by card in zł,suddenly the machine wasn’t working and they could accept only cash. Then she told us to wait, and that we could pay in euros, but the price that we would pay would be around 17 euros more than the price she told us in the beginning. She told that we could pay in euro by card, but before she told us that the machine for card is not working. Generally, this whole thing was a fraud and we lost our time there, waiting almost 30 minutes.I guess that this is the policy of the shop to scam tourists and take their money. Don’t go there.

Vorsicht!!!Online und laut Broschüre, die ich leider erst anschließend gelesen habe, wird der Preis für 2 Tage mit 120 Zloty benannt. Der dreiste Typ am Schalter hat mein Unwissen ausgenutzt und 200 Zloty verlangt.

What you get for your money, is good. Do everything you possibly can to get your money's worth. If you are staying in Old Town, don't buy the transportation ticket.The service in the office is lacking.

Muy bien , la verdad, tenia mi krakowcard precomprada y me fue de lujo. No te da prioridad en teoria pero te asegura ticket (aunque sea muy tarde en museo schindler). Me he ahorrado preocupaciones de tickets y en precio tb unos buenos euros, vale la pena
