Such a horrible experience¡¡This is about one of the three big red flags in GBL that made me choose another school after two days of Integration Curse with them.I enrolled in an integration course with this company, but due to my legal status in Germany, I had to pay half of the course fee. Apparently, this was too complicated for the company.When I went to the administration office to pay, I encountered two German employees eating at their desks. The woman who was supposed to handle my payment suddenly spat out Aus Aus¡¡ and also part of the food she had in her mouth. It was absolutely disgusting! Despite that, I tried to pay again the next day, and although the Germans weren't eating, the same woman told me to wait outside and that it wasn't the right time to pay. It's unacceptable!This experience is a clear example of how GBL doesn't care about its customers. It's evident that they don't value the critical importance of charging customers who are there to pay. In any serious business with professional workers when someone wants to pay, there shouldn't be any difficulty.It's unfortunate that integration centers like this rely almost entirely on government funding and social service vouchers in Germany. They have lost their ability to treat people as customers and simply see them as another voucher they can charge to the government. Furthermore, if you want to pay to be there, they have no idea how to process it. They are so entangled in bureaucracy that they can't operate as a business, but rather as parasites of the government and taxpayers.In summary, my experience with GBL was a complete disaster. They don't care about their customers, they can't process payments, and their bureaucracy is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone seeking good and professional customer service.

كانت المعاملة سيئة من قبل الادارة في تطلب تكتات القطار و تأخذهم حتى تعطيك سعر التذكرة .في المدارس الاخرى لا يطلبو البطاقة القديمة .... هناك معلمات يتحدثون الروسية بالصف و هذا يضر الجنسيات الاخرى...في الصف الواحد هناك حصتين دراسيتين و مفصولين في باب خشبي فقط اي انه اذا اراد احد ما الدخول الى صفه علية اولا ان يمر بصفك ...عدا عن ذالك انا الاصوات مسموعة من الصف الاخرلا انصحك بالتسجيل ...هناك الكثير من المدارس في لايبزك ..انصحك ان تزور المدرسة عن قرب و ترى نفسك قبل التسجيلحتى على المراحيض يكتبون باللغة العربية و الالمانية فقط كمثال ...الرجاء النظافة و اغلاق الباب ... مع العلم ان كل الجنسيات موجودة

Lieu d'apprentissage moderne

Pésimo, me inscribí hace dos meses y cuando voy a comenzar clases resulta que tienes que esperar un mes más sin garantizarte el cupo!! Mejor buscar otra opción!! Al menos eso pasa cuando hay mucha demanda de un curso!!
