Service impeccable et accueil très sympathique !! C'est à croire quil murmure à l'oreille des vélos... On repart pour Rome avec des bicyclettes remises à neuf.Adresse inquable en cas de défaillance mécanique !

Fast service, but price was out of charts, 37 euro to replace the front derailleur cable only. Next time Cactus will get my business, I do not know if I will pay more but you do not get surprises, Cactus gives you an estimate, City bike (or delta) gives you surprises....two stars only because it was done in 10 minutes.

Excellent. Touring from London to Alsace, one of my rear spokes broke. I cycled all the way from Brussels with it broken because none of the shops there had time to fix it. Was fixed within a couple of hours while I had lunch and wandered round the town. Not only that, but without asking, the bike received a basic service and a wash! Excellent value.

Great service! I had a problem with my brakes due to a wrong configuration by the shop where I bought it. The problem was found within a minute and solved in another minute or two!! Really quick, professional and friendly service, can't recommend enough. Did I mention that this work was done for FREE?Will definitely come again if I have other issues with my bike.Thank you so much for allowing me to travel safely on the hilly roads of Luxembourg again.
