Sehr schlecht keine notfall versorgung für panik patienten soviel zum thema panik und angstpatienten versorgung. Komischerweise geht sowas bei anderen schon hier nicht. Absicht oder will man nicht? Jedenfalls sehr entäuschender erst kontakt als panik/angstpatient. Man solle dann doch da hin gehen wo es gemacht wird. Im notfall sofort eine Behandlung unter narkose zu bekommen. Nicht jeder ist mobiel und kann 70km zum nächsten Zahnarzt fahren und ist auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen.

This dentist team saw me on the same day I called for tooth pain. They took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. The only reason I’m ant give 5 Stars now is because of the payment method. If you don’t have TRICARE or local dental insurance, they want you to pay cash on the spot. Even if you have international insurance with your employer, you have to pay up front.

The facility is very clean and very nice once inside. The dentist was very professional, polite and also seemed very empathetic to my needs. The other dentist who performed the teeth cleaning was very gentle, would take pauses as needed, and was very friendly and professional.The only reason why I’m rating 3 stars is because of the reception. The reception staff seemed very short with me, and seemed annoyed when I’d ask questions. The moment they realized I was a foreigner and not German they were demanding I pay up front which I have no problems with but the staff expressed concerns of not trusting me and thinking that I may leave without paying.All and all the dental service I received makes up for the poor treatment by reception and I will be returning.

Wurzelbehandlung ohne beteubung .... Mehr muss ich dazu nicht sagen! Von wegen angstpatienten Behandlung . Mich mussten 2 Arzthelferinnen festhalten. Sogar ein stern ist noch zuviel für diesen Zahnarzt

Einer der besten Zahnärzte, wo ich bisher gewesen bin. Man wird als Mensch behandelt. Noch dazu sehr preiswert - hier entscheidet der Patient mit, welche Materialien verwendet werden sollen.
