Nerven mit Kaltakquise! Wenn ein Unternehmen dafür Zeit hat, kann man sich ja Vorstellen, wie die Geschäfte laufen.

Sconsiglio vivamente da lavorare con questa azienda. Anche io come altri dopo aver confermato un preventivo e dopo aver effettuato un bonifico anticipato mi sono visto aumentare il prezzo dei componenti in ordine. A quel punto ho detto che non ero più interessato e ho richiesto una nota di credito (o in alternativa una fornitura di un altro componente). A più di un mese dall'ordine non mi rispondono più al telefono e alle e-mail.

Anruf. 3x klingeln lassen, dann aufgelegt". Habe blöderweise zurück gerufen und wurde von einem Bot empfangen. Als nächstes kam eine Spam-Mail mit eben jener Rufnummer in der Signatur. Lasst die unerwünschten und unerlaubten Werbeanrufe."

ML COMPONENTS ist ein Unternehmen, dem man aufpassen muss. Es bietet nicht konforme Komponenten in der Hoffnung, dass Sie es nicht realisieren. Und sobald Sie es bemerken, bieten sie Ihnen an, die Stücke zurückzunehmen ... aber tun Sie es nicht. Und zwei Jahre später fordern sie die Rechnungen erneut ein. Wegbewegen.

Nach der Vorauszahlung kam nur eine kleine Teillieferung. Bei jedem Anruf ist jemand anders für den Fall tätig und der letzte Mitarbeiter sei nicht mehr aktiv. Hände weg von dieser Firma! Ich warte seit 4 Monaten auf die Restlieferung.

Dopo aver accettato un preventivo ed aver effettuato il relativo bonifico bancario, mi hanno contattato per dirmi che il prezzo era cambiato ed era più alto. A quel punto ho detto che non ero interessato e che pretendevo la restituzione del denaro. Dopo più di un mese non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, non rispondono alle mail e non riesco a contattare i responsabili al telefono perché la comunicazione viene regolarmente interrotta.Comportamento assolutamente non professionale.

These people are thieves. After agreeing to provide me some connectors at an agreed price, I arranged a wire transfer. After that, the price changed, and they asked for more money. After waiting for weeks, I still don't have connectors and they still have my money.I've asked for a refund repeatedly without success. Their phone number is wrong or disconnected, and they don't list their VAT number on their web site, so I can only conclude that they just a scam.Don't ever do business with them.UPDATE -- After reading this review, this company promised to return my money via a wire transfer. After two weeks of no communication, I still don't have my money back. I reiterate my earlier review. Don't trust these people.
