Sehr einfach...aber die Rettung in Not!

Gut bewacht und für Langzeit parken bezahlbar.

Do not trust this private parking! When we arrived there were two workers fixing the sensors. As we passed the narrow entrance one worker on each side helped us enter the parking lot with our RV and yet, following their directions, we touched slightly the metal bar with our tail, stopped and manouvered out scratching the higher pole. The owner at first said it was not a problem. The sensors were clearly working for all cars that came in after us. We parked, and went sightseeing and when back, they blamed us that we broke their sensors, and they had already fixed it and even prepared a bill of 200Eur! for us to pay from our pocket. They claimed We crashed 3 times and they had video recordings. Of course we asked to see the recording. it showed barely touching the bar, not the sensor. And then touched the top of the higher pole with our back door lock. We asked the workers to show us the part they changed, but they did not have it, although their car had not moved from the same spot where they were fixing the sensor all day long. When we asked for their insurance contacts so they deal with ours, they said no. We must pay. As we have insurance and do not want to pay for some fake invoice we suggested to call police. Police came 2 hours later and made the report. We will have to hope the Parking owner will set up an insurance policy (since they did not have one) and talk to our insurance, submitting the real recordings (hopefully they do not edit them). It is very frustrating to see them trying to take advanadge of tourists like this.

Very good parking, in the center of the city, and very safe. It’s very economical, and the person who works there is very friendly. If I come back to Krakow, I will definitely go to that parking lot again.

Przyjechaliśmy autem z przyczepką, ustalaliśmy, że płacimy jak za dwa miejsca parkingowe samochodów osobowych. Jak najbardziej uznaliśmy to za uczciwe. Wróciliśmy po niecałych dwóch godzinach. Cena w sobotę za jedno miejsce parkingowe to 10zł, czyli łącznie powinnismy zapłacić 40zł. Podczas podejścia do Pana w budce i checi zapłaty, Pan powiedział do nas kwotę 60zł. Zapytaliśmy skąd taka cena, przecież byliśmy dwie godziny, Pan zaczął przeklinać i mówić czy przyczepka sama się zaciągnęła na miejsce parkingowe. Zaczynając od tego, że nikt tego Pana o pomoc nie prosił, to my również braliśmy udział w parkowaniu przyczepki i o dodatkowej opłacie nikt nas nie informował. NIKT nie prosił o pomoc, przepchnięcie jej to kwestia kilku metrów więc nikt nam pomagać również nie musiał. Jedynym plusem tego parkingu jest odległość od rynku. Obsługa starszego Pana tragiczna. Odnosi się do klientów wulgarnie. Ostatecznie, po naszych argumentach, zapłacilismy tyle ile powinnismy, ale uwazam, że przeklinanie do klientów jest niedozwolone i napewno już nigdy nie skorzystam z tego parkingu.

W dniu dzisiejszym zaparkowałam tam auto. Za 2h wyszło 24zł. Dając Panu pieniądze 25zl nie otrzymałam reszty, Pan wziął pieniądze po czym powiedział dziękuję i zamknął okienko.Czekałam jeszcze chwilę ale nawet nie spojrzał w moim kierunku!!! Masakra

Polecam parking, zarówno ze względu na rejonizację (kilkaset metrów od Floriańskiej), wielkość i jakość. Niezłe podłoże, dużo miejsc parkingowych, teren ogrodzony. Możliwość płatności kartą. WC na parkingu. Potwierdzam, dopuszczalny poślizg (tzw. studencki) bez skutkow finansowych. Obsługa miła.Obecnie tj. Koncowka listopada oplata za godz.w tygodniu to 6 zł za godz.

Guter Parkplatz mit einer guten Lage. Nähe Hauptbahnhof und 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Für 3 Nächte 130 PLN bezahlt, was ca. 28€ sind. Danke - beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.
