I stored my things with them and they lost my mattress! When I asked them to track back what happened they refused to take any action or responsibility and instead blamed the relocation company. Super unprofessional behavior for a storage company to lose your things and then blame it on someone else!!!Update to company's reply: I did send an email, but instead of doing anything, you sent 2 emails saying how it is the relocation company's fault for not knowing they should have asked for a matress, instead of yours for not handing it over

Very friendly staff, quick to respond and willing to help.Unfortunately taking stuff out is not so easy, you have to pay delivery in the end (well, I can actually understand first time they don’t charge you)

They damaged my table when delivering, lied to me about the damage claim process so I don’t include it in the protocol and when I followed the instructed process to claim damage they said I have no right to claim since I did not include it in the protocol. In general, terrible experience, although the customer service pretended to care about my damage they ignored my email for months now.Adding to this review: although below this Boxie24 answered that they will respond promptly, it never happened.

It is my first time to use this storage company and please be careful before you have decided. The service staff are not professional and try to push their responsibility each other when come to problems. There are three staffs I have liaised with namely Christoph, Joshua and Kevin. Before you rent the warehouse with the telephone conversation look perfect but after confirmation seem the nightmare. When something has screw up between their internal arrangement I could not even speak to the person Christoph and Joshua to clarified what has happened during that day. Please be remind that as a consumer how could we know your internal arrangement and during the relocation we are already in the mass because one person talk one things and another one talk others.I have to write this complaint because it is so frustrated. This happened when my logistic company driver has sent the goods to the storage and staff rejected the driver for the unloading of the storage goods. I have called them on the same day after the driver left to informed and the staff told me they have not enough person to unload the goods and I even offered if I personally came with my employees to helped unload the goods that would be possible in their respond but when I arrived after drove all the way for 280Km, I was asked rejected to entered the building and been told that to make another appoiment with the driver and because of this Mr Kevin have spoken to me for the one-month rental free if I could make the re-arrangement but now he is trying to avoid it. I have sent several email for the confirmation but there is no words from him. Check back the telephone recording conversation during 29 March 2023. Please note that I will write an official complaint letter to your Managing Director and IHK complaint department for this misleading and handling issued. We have to deals in professional way not to avoid it. There are so many self-storage company which are better than this! I am not recommending it!
