Mr. Malone was awesome. We followed the hours of operation for walk ins and were turned away and told ro come back later that day. Inconvenient since it required another hour round trip, but the professionalism and friendliness of Mr Malone made up for it.

A very Professional woman came out of the very first office door I passed just to greet me and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her I was looking for the SOFA office and she told me where it was, but not before answering every question I had come to ask SOFA. I was able to turn around and walk right back out to my car without ever even talking to the SOFA office. She knew everything and anything I could think to ask her about and she also made many great suggestions on how to proceed in my situation. She could not have been more professional and kind. I loved this place.
