I've tried to contact them regarding a property in Solingen which I was interested to visit and purchase. Running after them for 2 months, calling and no answer, sending E-mail without replying. There were some points that they answered and very not nice. It is all documented in the e-mails. One of the success points was that they answered me and requested to see proof of income (Which sounded weird - I was never asked before) - and I've sent them but still nothing change with the availability of them. So I've just decided to give up. A year passed and my wife told me that she has problems with her real estate agent regarding renting place for her business. The agent came once to the offices knew so little about the place, and the rest we had to deal and close with the owner. The agency was SF-Immobilien as well.
