Marcel is a great landlord. I stayed in one of his temporary houses and it was exceptional. The house had everything I needed and in a great location. There is a small fenced in yard, perfect for my dog. It was a short walk to grocery stores, bars and a few restaurants. Marcel speaks English and will help with whatever you need! Highly recommend one if his properties!

I recently stayed at one of the Immobilien Spiegler TLA properties. The house was clean, beautifully appointed, and had plenty of wardrobe space, and most important, pet friendly.Marcel is very friendly and great to work with. He is very familiar with the DoD process and VAT forms. He’s so wonderful that I recently recommended his properties to two of my colleagues. They also can’t say enough about him and his lovely homes!

I leased a beautiful home from Marcel and Necole Spiegler for four years. The Spiegler property management team was professional and effective. They deeply care for their tenants and their properties. The Spieglers exceeded my expectation and raised the bar as property managers, landlords, and homeowners. The team provided: accompanied utility installment service, in-house fireplace safety class, and post move-in touchup paint service. The team spoke fluent English, and they were able to translate when I had to communicate with foreign vendors. All work orders were resolved within 72 hours. They customized each tenant’s lawn according to the level of the tenant’s landscape expertise and time. They even rescued me when I locked myself out. My time in Bruchmuhlbach was truly spectacular. The Speiglers played a big part in my having an awesome tour in Germany. I am truly grateful.-Yolanda T.

The quality, comfort and convenience of our TLA experience with Immobilien Spiegler was simply outstanding. The house we stayed in was full of modern conveniences and came fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay for us and our two dogs who loved the fenced back yard. Our house even came with cleaning service and a sport utility vehicle which was very handy while we waited on our cars to arrive from the states. Additionally, Marcel is a terrific landlord who speaks fluent english. He greeted us upon arrival to the house (he even offered to pick us up at the airport) and took us to the grocery store to pick up a few things when we arrived. He is very responsive to questions and worked with our schedule. I’m a tough customer and Marcel not only met my expectations, but went well beyond them. Highly recommended!

My time in this TLA property is quickly coming to an end, and I wanted to thank the landlord Marcel, and publicly share how impressed I have been with staying here. This place is fully furnished very nicely, quiet/clean, and conveniently located 15 minutes from Ramstein Air Base. I highly recommend anyone to stay here...you will not be disappointed.

Kaiserstrasse 83a is a GREAT TDY house! Marcel is extremely responsive and communicative. The house is close to Ramstein (<15 mins) with an easy commute. We stayed in one of Marcel’s temporary lease homes and we were very comfortable. He was recommended to us by a previous tenant and we can easily recommend using his company to others. Marcel is easy to work with and attentive. Communicating in English is no problem as well as navigating all the requirements for the US Department of Defense.The home is very well appointed and was a perfect place for us to stay to acclimate to a new life in a new country.
