Sehr gut sortiertes Kunstangebot.Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die sich gut auskennen und sich die Zeit nehmen, die es braucht! Empfehlenswert!

Rude and unprofessional; if I could give zero stars I would!!!Review: I used to give many commissions to Galerie Speier in the past to have pictures framed, and over the years spent quite some money.So now that I am back in Koblenz I went in with a number of expensive paintings to get one framed and all of them fitted with hangers. The owner clearly had no interest in this job - he only gave monosyllabic responses, said he couldn't quote me a price even when I asked again and again (and not even a ballpark - are people really so trusting that they just wait for any bill to be handed to them after commissioning some work without being given a price??), and then finally proposed that I could buy the hangers from him and fit them myself at home.He was extremely, unbelievably, rude throughout the encounter. Annoyingly, on top of the actual experience today, he could really have saved me a trip, seeing that I had emailed him beforehand to ask about the service and surely he could have said then that he was not interested in fitting paintings (although I would think that framing and fitting hangers should be a pretty standard service offered by any gallery?!).So I then said I would take my business elsewhere and started loading the paintings back into the car. I actually told him I would go back and forth myself to collect my paintings from inside the shop again, to make sure I can load them safely in the car for transport. However, he was apparently so keen to get me out of his shop that he effectively dumped all of the other pieces on the doorstep of his building while I was still walking out with the first one. They are expensive paintings, and very precious to me, so to have them handled with so obvious disregard is really unbelievable, and in my view deeply unprofessional. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to this shop. If I could give zero stars I would, but hopefully this review can save others from a similarly scarring experience.

Mein Kunstladen des Vertrauens, wenn ich dort bin, werde ich immer fündig, egal ob es eine Einrahmung für ein Bild ist oder ein neues Kunstwerk. Alles in allem +Tolle Beratung, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sauberer Laden und schöne Kunstwerke für jeden Geschmack. Nur zu empfehlen!
