In case anyone else journeys here in search of a bank branch or ATM - this is a secured office. There is no access for banking needs. How Hsbc has no branch in a city like munich is mind boggling, but save yourself the trip

Als Emittent für Derivate nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe einenen Optionsschein gekauft, Bid/Ask 17/18 Ct. zum Kaufzeitpunkt. Als der Basiswert, wie erwartet, gestiegen ist waren Bid/Ask bei 17/30 Ct. Somit war, trotz richtiger Spekulation, keine Gewinnrealisierung möglich. Das grenzt schon an Betrug!

Super unhappy customer.I have been a customer with HSBC for over 10 years. I have not used my account regularly over the last years since I moved. The Bank continues to lock my account with my funds trapped inside. I have now decided enough is enough and I want to take my remaining funds out of the bank. It has now been two days and over 2 hours, calls and online chats and they have still not released my funds. They continue to tell me they are working on it, but it is something that requires time. NEVER BANK WITH HSBC!!!!
