Ordered and paid for a beer and waited 15 minutes for it to be poured. In the meantime the two members of staff seemed to be trialing different types of coffee for another member of airport staff and avoiding eye contact of myself and a second separately travelling customer.Whilst waiting they took order from other customers and poured them drinks - one example being an aperol spritz. The spritz arrived in a wine glass, when the customer said he had expected a larger glass, the waitress tried to say that’s how its done on Germany (it’s absolutely not - which he told her, having been brought up in Germany).Oh and to top it off… the beer wasn’t cold!

Miserable und unfreundliche Bedienung. Standen 15 Minuten und haben gewartet. Irgendwann fragte mein Freund ob wir bitte was bestellen können. Da wurde uns kleinlaut gesagt sie hätten zu. Es war 19:30! Geht gar nicht.

Got to pay 7 euros for the worst (and smallest) sandwich in my life.I should have eaten the paper bag it came in, it probably would have been more flavorful.

expensive and bad cappuccino. not allowed to be put in your own cup. refused to refill the water bottle :/ sad.

The staff doesn’t speak English / moody and it cost me 6€ for the worse cappuccino I ever had ! If you want to charge that much at least make things properly . Taking the p***s !

Nearly 7 euros for a beer only one staff member on shift an absolute disgrace, I feel sorry for the guy on shift! Best go to the bookshop fridge and get a can for 3,50 and get served straight away!
