Schreckliches Wohnheim... laut, hässlich, stinkend. Ein Jahr war mehr als genug.

Loved it

It looks quite new. But the lift in Haus 31 has been broken for 4 months. Sometimes the bar below is a bit loud. But it's good if you are feeling lonely. The cafeteria below will be closed for a semester, therefore students need to go to far away to eat in mensa. Overall I like this place.

Lovely place to stay with different people around.Happy to live in such environment to know about the best way a oaf the other countries people

Viel zu laut

Schöne Zimmer, verkehrsgünstige und trotzdem ruhige Lage, preiswert. Nur auf sein Fahrrad sollte man achtgeben: Wenn man es nicht mit aufs Zimmer nimmt, ist es nach spätestens 3 Tagen ganz weg oder die zumindest die wesentlichenen Teile.

Die Wohnmöglichkeiten sind in Ordnung. Mittlerweile leider sehr lange Wartezeiten

Lived here for one year.Pros: There are tram 2/16 and bus 60, quite convinent transportation. And the department of chemistry classrooms are just downstaris. Supermarket REWE is 3 min by walk across the street. Close to a park where you can take a walk, run or barbecue. Emergency center is also within walking distance.Cons: The heating system is pretty bad in winter on 8th floor, no idea about other rooms. Probably it is even less than 15 degree at night. It can not be adjusted by yourself. A student bar is in the basement of building 31, so it can be loud or noisy sometimes. The elevator broke down for 5 MONTHS!!!!! And it still breaks down sometimes.Wish you good luck
