Ein hervorragendes Hotel. Das Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich, aber etwas schwierig. Leider muss für den Parkplatz am Haus 15 Euro pro Tag bezahlt werden.Das Frühstück ist einmalig gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hier der absolut perfekte Service. Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes fühlt man sich zuhause.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich besonders Nicole war unser kleiner Sonnenschein ! Die Zimmer sehr einladend, die Matratzen top ! Nur die Badewanne etwas rutschig, haetten lieber eine Dusche gehabt! Die Gegend war mir als gebuertige Berlinerin bekannt haben uns rundum wohl gefuehlt ! Kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Wir haben 103 € für eine Übernachtung, 2 Personen,Comfort Doppelzimmer incl Frühstück bezahlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig, alles was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, somit ist das Hotel unser 2. Favorit.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, mit extra Sitzgelegenheit unabhängig vom Schreibtisch.Leider war das Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt. In Bad und Zimmer waren die Müllbehälter vom Vorgänger nicht geleert. Der Teppichboden bedarf mal einer Grundreinigung und die Badezimmertür muss dringend von innen gereinigt werden, das war schon eklig ohne hier genauer drauf einzugehen.Parkplatz hinterm Haus war für 15 Euro verfügbar.Frühstück war ganz OK, bis auf das dunkle Brot, das war definitiv vom Vortag.

Our short 3 night stay was amazing and it felt like home. Ijaz and Nicole at the breakfast restaurant were friendly, professional and exceptional. We will definitely be staying at the hotel when we visit beautiful Berlin again.

Schönes modernes Hotel, freundliches Personal, super tolles Frühstück, Hotel macht gehobenen Eindruck. Kostenlose Parkmöglichketen auf der Straße, mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bushaltestelle mit Verbindung zu U und S bahn vor der Tür. Busse verkehren regelmäßig alle 10 Minuten. Supermarkt direkt daneben

Die Zimmerausstattung ist wirklich top. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das Infopad (Tablet), mit dem man viele Dinge erledigen kann. Man kann beispielsweise eine andere Art von Kissen bestellen, basierend auf dem individuellen Schlafbedürfnis. Auch das Einstellen des Weckers ist möglich (ein Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption ruft einen an). Zudem kann man die Frühstückszeiten einsehen und viele andere nützliche Funktionen nutzen.Ein weiteres positives Merkmal war, dass es kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer gab. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr angenehm, insbesondere an heißen Tagen.Während unseres Seminars wurden uns hervorragende Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt, die mehr als ausreichend waren. Allerdings fiel uns auf, dass einige der Snackreste am nächsten Morgen im Frühstücksbuffet aufgetaucht sind!Leider gab es keinen Klimaanlage in unserem Konferenzraum, was bei Außentemperaturen von 32 Grad unangenehm war. Nachdem wir darum baten, wurde uns zwar eine mobile Klimaanlage zur Verfügung gestellt, jedoch wurde die warme Abluft, die aus dem Gerät entwich, so heiß, dass der Raum dadurch noch wärmer wurde. Die Kälte, die von vorne ausströmte, konnte den Raum nicht ausreichend kühlen. Daher mussten wir die Terrassentür öffnen und die Klimaanlage so platzieren, dass die warme Luft nach draußen entweichen konnte. Leider war dies keine umweltfreundliche Lösung.Die Toiletten im Zimmer waren zudem sehr tief eingebaut und sehr eng und schmall! Dies könnte für manche Gäste unbequem sein!Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und die positiven Aspekte überwogen. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen, würden jedoch die genannten Punkte zur Verbesserung ansprechen.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 nights visiting family so needed to stay in this area. We had mixed feelings about the hotel but I would stay again. This hotel appears to belong to a chain of hotels. The write up of these hotels on booking appears generic. The internet shows it has a restaurant which may mean different things to different people. In this case it meant the breakfast room, However the Italian restaurant next door Il Nouvo is amazing.I emailed on two occasions prior to our stay regarding airport transfers without response. I don't necessarily know if the request goes to his hotel or to the head office but it is poor poor service.We booked directly through the hotel, and it was reasonably priced for the area and included breakfast. On arrival we were treated great and service was great. There is a nice seating area in the foyer and at reception there is water with lemons for guests as well as a fruit bowl full of fruit. I note that staffing changed regularly at the desk within the time we were there so service wasn't always consistent. We were told that some staff weren't familiar with the hotel as they were from another site. This may be trivial for some, but the water hadn't been filled for a day . just lemons sitting on the bottom. I did ask reception if I could get some water. She filled it but it was the same lemons that had been there for 3 days.The bar which has drinks available was another mixed feeling. The reception staff operated the bar, it was situated behind them. I don't think it's their fault but they didn't know some of the drinks that were on the menu nor did they know how to make some of the drinks. There was a great little sparking drink they ran out of which was never replenished. Some of the drinks on their list, they didn't have. When a wanted a small sparkling wine, first time I was charged for the bottle and provided with the glass and bottle. Second time round served by a different staff member he poured me a drink and charged me the bottle price but kept half of it.We were in the comfort room, and the windows open, It was very clean. We faced the street from the side. A view of Neto - which we can laugh at. I suppose someone has to get the side rooms. The room was small but it suited us. It had a desk, chair fridge, tea and coffee and complimentary water. The bathroom was big enough. Aircon was great, plenty of power points. Bed amazing as were the pillows. Wi fi would sometimes drop out after leaving the building and you had to log in again, other times it didn't. Once you were connected it was okay.There is a fantastic breakfast room with an abundance of choice and I couldn't fault it. It was great plus three tables under an atrium and it was really nice.The staff working around the property were constantly cleaning. I used the laundry service and I thought this was expensive. Again, the staff lacked knowledge when it came to the laundry service.There is a car park out the back, we didn't have a car but I noted in the manual provided in the room it's 15 euro a day. There is an outdoor area with three tables and chairs adjacent to the car park, it was nice to sit there and have a drink and wind down. Cheaper and more choice to buy drinks at Netto. Smoking is permitted in this area outside. As an aside it appeared a lot of guest workers staying here.There are various restaurants down the street, supermarkets Aldi and Netto, fast food and the location is easy to get around. Buses are available as well as well as escooters and bikes around Berlin which is handy as well. Gropius Passagen (shopping centre) is not a long walk away, 20 minutes and a subway there as well.They have a direct taxi line. If you need a taxi, just ask at the desk, it never took longer than 2 min for the taxi to arrive. I would stay here if I came back to Berlin but I know what to expect now. It was still comfortable and the staff did their best.

Achtung bei der Adresse; diese Adresse gibt es mehrfach in Berlin. Beim Versuch die Rezeption zu erreichen habe ich beim 7. Versuch aufgegeben - Keine Chance. Keiner geht ans Telefon.Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und hellhörig und leider hat das Bad fürchterlich gerochen. Babybett war bestellt, wurde aber leider nicht bereit gestellt.Auch untransparent war, warum wir 2 mal exakt das selbe Zimmer zu unterschiedlichen Preise bekommen haben.Insgesamt versehe ich nicht wie man diese 4 Sterne rechtfertigt.

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Frühstück war super! Die Lage ist gut, je nach dem wo man in Berlin hin muss, nebenan ist direkt ein Netto sowie ein guter Italiener.Es gibt einen Parkplatz, der aber leider nicht für alle Gäste reicht.Die Hotelbar war ein flop, der Mitarbeiter hatte keine Ahnung und für die Preise, habe ich mehr erwartet.
