Friendly customer service.... very helpful in loading additional closets

C'mon, we dread coming here, but the staff are Super friendly, and just as helpful as I remember 15 years ago when I first got stationed at Ramstein. Now I'm back as a Civilian employee, and appreciate their services.

Not a bad place, just wish they’d answer their phones when you have a problem with furniture.

In person service is great. Always had a pleasant experience. However, customer service over the phone is a different story. A couple of times, the man who answered was rude and shared his frustration about being the only one in the office so he's not able to answer the phones all the time. I have called multiple times and never once got a friendly voice on the other end. Hopefully it changes soon because I have been driving to the office to ask simple questions that I believe should be an easy phone call conversation over the phone.

Less than 24 hours after delivery, I try to use the dryer and the handle breaks off. Tried to contact for damage assistance, no answer.

I hate to leave reviews this way but am doing so because I am unable to get a hold of someone after multiple attempts and I hope this sways change. I have a broken dryer. I called 6 times, during business hours and there is no way to leave a message. I was able to reach someone yesterday and although he was friendly, he told me he did not have the schedule but took down my information and said he would call me back in just a couple minutes. I didn't receive a call back. I am a single military member here, I don't have the ability to be home without scheduling it but so far, I haven't been able to do that. This is poor customer service.

I cannot believe the amount of headache I have had with getting our damage claims submitted that this organization did. In February I had temporary furniture delivered to the house I’m renting. My landlord had just got done putting brand new wood flooring in the rooms. Your workers were fast, but damaged the new flooring in all three bedrooms when they slammed and slid the shrunks across the floor. I made sure to get get the paperwork before you left. My landlord submitted all the required paperwork. Three months later it gets denied by Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben and they are saying we have to pay out of our pockets to fix the flooring you damaged!! How is this possible since your organization damaged the flooring? What if anything is my next step? Or your workers can come through and damage property that I’m liable for and not be held accountable? I’ll be writing my Congressman over this.

Twice now, we had calls for repairs, once the washer, once the dryer. As they have been in place for nearly 10 years, totally normal expectation for wear and tear. Both times the technicians were friendly, on time, super efficient and even took care of other minor issues. Many thanks, Vielen Dank.
