I absolutely can not recommend this company to travel or even book with.Arriving at the bus, the driver. better say the team of driver is extremely impolite.Furthermore they will charge you 3€ for each baggage (if larger than approx 5l volume) to put it into the box in the bus which is made for transporting the passengers luggage.That's cheeky!!Not to have the choice to put it under your own seat or in the rear-shelf because they forbid this is cheeky as well considering the following point:Lots of other passengers are blocking the seat next to each other / two seats in front or back of them with their baggage to block for their own comfort (?!?) with out being forced to put the luggage into to box of the bus being charged with 3€..So, better take other more reliable companies.

Sind schon oft von Stuttgart nach Serbien NIS gefahren . Hat bisher immer gut funktioniert. Verspätungen gab es auch schon, aber es lag oft an den Grenzen.

Bus Zagreb - Münchennicht gekommen, ohne Kommentar, ohne Meldung zu machen.Musste einen anderen Bus nehmen. Ticket doppelt kaufen.Unzuverlässig!

Unpünktlich, oder besser gesagt garnicht erschienen und exxxtrem unfreundlich. Die absolut schlechteste Busverbindung die existiert!!!! Afrika hat bessere Verhältnisse.
