Trash quality when you get your stuff back. They also don't follow a request if you ask them to press a collar a certain way.

Make up/ change prices. Rude and don't want to work. It takes over a week for your items to come to you. Better to go off post if you can. Worst AAFES Dry Cleaners I been to.

My 2 visits on Nov 21st and 27th were nothing like the other reviews.The lady that helped me was very nice, no arguments or drama, my suit came back pressed and cleaned very nicely, no stains.My advice is to be friendly to people and you'll get good service in return. Will be using this cleaner again.

This place should not be allowed to open up at the exchange. Communication and availability via phone is zero. They did never call me back and I don't have time showing up every day to see what the status is. Dry cleaning is forever and I could not even get my Uniform back. Here I am trying to figure out how I can get my Uniform back and no one is responding. I really think they should either shut this place down for review or have new management handle it. Some of the accolades are really nice when you go there but that is about it. Service is just a mess.

Uniforms don’t get sent out to get commercially pressed. Someone in house irons them. Turn around was 5 days.When I went to pick up my uniform, it looked like there wasn’t any attempt to iron it. I asked for it to be pressed with starch and I was give a starch soaked uniform with condensation under the plastic.Maybe it’s my unrealistic expectations based on what I’m used to in the states.

I took my business attire, and the laundry lost several pieces. The remaining items were not pressed or laundry properly. Some of the jackets were not pressed at all. After checking with the laundry staff, I was questioned about why I didn't count all the items after getting it in front of the cashier. As costumer I was about I rely in your service. The manager was more focused on blaming me as a customer instead of just resolving the issue. I dont know why AAFES lets this business operate in the base after several complaints. I recommend not taking civilian attire to this place and count every mikitary piece of uniform upon drop and pick up. Bad service.

Horrible customer service, didn't even wash the blankets I overpaid for. 64 Euros for two bed comforters. Don't expect them to clean your sheets you can do it yourself for 7 Euros a piece while actually washing your blankets.

Dropped off dry cleaning on on Saturday and I was told I could pick up Wednesday. On Wednesday items weren't ready and told it takes 7 days. Went on Saturday to pick up and missing one of my suite pants. Now waiting on response from owner.

DO NOT waste your time or your money. I had a white jacket that needed to be spot cleaned and all they did was wash it....and charged me 10 EUROS! I asked for it to be spot cleaned because obviously I tried to wash it myself and the stain did not come out.

They lost part of my dress and proceeded to give me the run around for 2 months. They still have no made it right, even though I was assured a week ago that the manager would personally take care of the situation in a day""
