The service at Petals and Bloom was top tier! Especially Jill! I can’t say enough about her professionalism, recommendations, willingness to stay within my budget but also give the special touch for my 4 flower bouquet purchases within 1 week. We need more people like Jill. She understood and executed the orders perfectly each time. The flower selection was amazing and I’m very grateful for having a local flower store with great employees that make me want to be a repeat customer! Thank you!

The florists were great to work with, very professional and responsive. I would recommend them!Florist arranged for 780qty Gerber daisies for us to hand-out to students for Teacher Appreciation week at Ramstein Intermediate. (Students subsequently gifted the flower to their teacher as they entered the school.) The flowers were Beautiful and very high-quality. The florist wired every stem and cut to 12” length for us. They let us borrow their buckets for the day, and two employees helped me carry the 17 buckets of flowers to my car. I thought they went above and beyond. I was thrilled to give the teachers such a high-quality product. Thanks!

GREAT customer service. I went all over for a gold letter E balloon, and nobody had it. These folks were the ONLY shop to say I bet I can find one" -- and they worked the phones

Best customer service and great floral arrangements. I broke the vase in my car and the lady walked out to the car to reset the arrangement. She didn’t hesitate to help.

I called in an order for Valentine’s Day this year. They made a really special day happen for me and they have my gratitude. Plan on using them again very soon and if you’ve read this far .. My advice is for you to do the same thing I did and let the awesome staff help you.

my last visit to this store a few months ago left quite a bad taste in my mouth. this one woman sofia or something i think her name was helped me when i was there. i say helped like she was much help at all. the entire time i was trying to place an order she was flirting with the man in line next to me and it took her forever to finally help me with anything and when she did she was rude and quite disrespectful. i hope you guys can solve this issue and get some better employees because this is no way to run a business.

My experience at this flower shop left something to be desired. The service and lack of dress code in a supposed professional setting is frowned upon. I was helped by a woman named Angelina and her attire was very promiscuous. Her service was very slow for my order of flowers for a friend i was visiting. Flowers were nice. Do better when hiring employees please .

Excellent experience!! The customer service was both timely and compassionate. I was in desperate need of both balloons and flowers on short notice for an event, and the staff responded quickly. The end product was fantastic, and tailored to the occasion. I highly recommend and will be returning. Thanks!

They false advertise here. They have a sign that states a “dozen roses for €30” when I asked to get some roses she told me it was €84 for a dozen roses. When I asked about the sign about the dozen roses for €30 she said “our manager makes us put those signs up but it’s not true”. Not only are they false advertising but they are unbelievably overpriced. I recommend finding a place off post.
