It is a really bad place to live. While i lived there, there was a roommate on my floor who never cleaned the shared kitchen, and after notifying the personal they simply did nothing. This has gone so far, to the point, that we had rats on the 4th floor.Besides that the elevator did never work, it was loud, the housekeepers were rude and really not that reliable. Deliveries and Bicycles get stolen and the washing mashines never get emptied.I lived in a 270€ 10m² apartment and I would recommend everyone to just search for a 300€ room in a shared flat, instead of going here.

Shared student dormitories with good location and affordability.However, the administration is incompetent and there are several social issues like regarding cleanliness and loud late night parties. Building 73 is the best overall among the five.

It is a horrible place to live. Most of the rooms are only 10 square meter. The kitchen is unbelievebly dirty. Toilltes and bathrooms are even worse than that. you can not leave anything outside even for a minute because it gets stollen. If you have another option, do not go there. you can't also use the fridge because stuff in the fridge gets stollen too.
