Exquisite for a store that nature

Shop had sign for 1/2 off LOGI bags (which was an offer going at other shops in the terminal). I picked some up and went to pay for them, then was asked to wait 5 minutes for shift change. When they start taking customers again, the clerk attends to 2 other people first (ahead of us). When she rang us up for the bags, they were full price and the 1/2 off sign had been pulled down. The clerk kept started making comments to her colleague in German, which made us feel really awkward. Very poor customer service (Monday 13/1/2020, 1130am).

Shopped for souvenir June 18th. Clerk was extremely rude. Made some caustic remark about Americans but would not repeat it. Definitely should not be working at a tourist gift shop.

I was with my colleague. It was horrible experience. The lady who was on til have not given receipt so my colleague kindly requested to provide receipt. The lady was so rude and unprofessional. She said that I gave receipt but she haven't. Very very bad customer service in the store. Time 07 Nov 2019 time in between 7.50pm to 8.30pm.
