USA Nails

Ok I really try not to post this because I didn’t want to say negative things about people. But after paying 60+ for my nails today I’m really unhappy about the service I got. I asked for shot gel nails. Color design I choose was French ombré/baby boomer both on my hands and toes, Im happy with what the guy did on my finger nails but he completely ignored my request on my toes, I thought he forgot when he gave me base coat top coat and a white strip on the tip of my first toe, so I asked him to do ombré. (I hate strip tips) He tries it with a sponge or something and laughed at it. And then removed what he did. I then showed him a picture of French ombré toes and he looked at the picture like he’s confused. And continued with painting my toes with base coat, top coat and white stripes. I can see my nail discolouration even with the “French ombré”he gave me. If he didn’t know how to do it on my toes, I would have actually get an actual color without just base coat and top coat. I didn’t know what to do after he was done, so I paid and left. Be careful with these people. I won’t go there again or recommend them to anyone else.

Every time I go they do an amazing job. Also very kind and patient with my 3 year old very active daughter . I highly recommend

Die Nägel sind sehr schön geworden. Leider wurde der Platz nicht sauber gemacht nach der Kundin die vor mir da war. Die Geräte auch nicht. Hygiene finde ich gerade hier sehr wichtig.

Bin super zufrieden, hat sich Zeit für mich genommen und sauber gearbeitet.

Anna hat mir heute richtig schöne Nägel fürs neue Jahr gemacht :-)Ich war das letzte mal Ende 2019 bei USA Nails und muss sagen es hat mir heute dort wieder gut gefallen. Die Qualität passt auch und ich bekam genau den Look den ich wollte. Es wurde sich auch richtig Mühe gegeben und vorallem vorsichtig gefeilt.

Made an appointment, but had to wait it was about 15 ish minutes. They only had no-chip polish. I was hoping to just get regular, felt kinda dirty, and a little unsanitary. They had no polish for toes, so I had to go and buy my own polish. Most likely will not go again
