Love it and miss it. The military community is such a wonderful one to workout with!

House of gains I loved this gym... i miss putting in work at that spot ,morning time is best avoided because of the morning PT rush best time is after 0900.... I can't wait to PCS back to the ROCK!

The front desk civilian was extremely helpful.

It's well setup and people are friendly but it could be so much better!! Lots of accessories and non-expensive equipment should be added as many pieces are missing (adjustable bars to include dip bars and pull up bar, resistance bands, hip circle bands, etc). There are no female/ 35# barbells or smaller diameter pull up bars. Better management could ensure equipment gets put away and wiped down each time (it's not very clean ATM - super dirty each time I wipe down anything). Floors need mopping not only vacuuming because of all the sweat and grime that sticks to padding.

Equipment is fine and everything works. The older German lady is insanely rude. My most recent encounter with her was with her refusing to verify I had 24 hour access over the phone. She refused because she got off work in 8 minutes. She preferred I drive 45 minutes in on a day they are closed to find out. Apparently she stops verifying 24 hour access an hour before her shift is over. What!?! Good times.
