This is a must if you are visiting Berlin. The 360 views are the best you are going to get. Shame you can get too close to the window with all the rails and info boards.Was nice to sit at the bar and literally watch the world go by.

Looks better from outside, not sure about the restaurant on top floor however the viewing area is well covered and safe, although it takes the fun of high speed wind on your face at this height. I went in there and trust me for the price a person pays, its better viewed from outside and spend the money elsewhere.

Icon of Berlin, main attraction and amazing ambience here. Viewing deck is safe and has the best view of the city. On a clear eve it’s one of the best place to watch the sunset in town.
