I had a very disappointing experience with this service, and I would not recommend it to others either. The customer service was the worst I've encountered, and they seemed to charge and deceive customers at every turn.Firstly, I returned the car with a full tank, but Avis still charged me an extra 220 EUR for an additional full tank after one week. Moreover, the initial car I received was broken and not clean, which wasted three hours of my time.Additionally, I was charged an extra 180 EUR due to the Memmingen airport location, but this position was not mentioned in the rental agreement. Consequently, I ended up being charged an extra 500 EUR with no explanation, and it feels like they are taking advantage of customers in this way.Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the unexpected charges, and it leaves me with the impression that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.

Fast and proper service when we arrived to the airport! The car ford fiesta was nice like new condition. The problem is that they charged us 20 euros for petrol!! We have fill the tank 6km away from the airport! Around 0,3-0,4 consupt with 5,5l/100. They asked me give the receipt from the gas station which i I hadn't kept it because I never expected something like that from a serious company, especially in Germany!! I wish I had kept it with a photo to send to the police!! I asked them to send me the invoice that they deducted the 20 euros from, even if it is from another car, and they insist that I send it to them...Also they wrote that we did 677 while we did about 370!! it may not be particularly important that they did not mark it correctly from the previous one, but in combination with the unfair charge, it says something!! so be careful!!I don't care about the 20 euros, I just consider it a steal in a country where you don't expect something like that....I could put one star but the guy at the reception was very helpful and the car very good. I will rent again but next time I will wait for them in the corner with photos and receipts!Finally they admitted their mistake and so I'm upgrading the rating from 2 stars to 4

Poco seri edire poco, ho prenotato e pagato il noleggio tramite booking, AVIS mi manda una mail di conferma e ho effettuato il check in direttamente dal loro sito, mi presento all'orario stabilito per il ritiro della vettura e mi viene detto che non ci sono auto disponibili. Cio mi ha creato non pochi problemi perché tutte le altre compagnie erano in overbooking e ho dovuto spendere una fortuna per spostarmi in taxi. Adesso sto pure perdendo tempo per cercare di farmi rimborsare.
