Terrible customer service from Allessandro Begni. Lost my plastic charger for my Falcon watch, enquired about a new one to be told it’s €180!!! The watch was only £400 brand new.When I told them the price was too high, they sarcastically said are they expected to use a carrier pigeon as shipping is €55 (Royal Mail is £10…) and then said “No money no honey” insinuating that I am too poor to afford a new charger. Despicable company that I will never buy from again (had two watches from them already).
