Die Werkzeuge von Wera sind einfach spitzen Klasse. Der Service ist wirklich hervorragend, wenn mal etwas nicht so ist wie es sein sollte, dann wird einem sofort diskussionslos geholfen. Hier wird Service noch groß geschrieben. Daher kann ich Wera nur weiterempfehlen und werde meine persönliches Sortiment wohl noch erweitern.

Quality Control is not up to a German Company Standard. Like many people spending top level money on tools, I take pride in not only how they perform, but how they look. So does Wera as you can tell by their packaging, marketing and pretty color coded tools. However, after spending several thousand dollars to revamp my department, I noticed that there is NO consistency with the laser engraved etching of the sockets, meaning, when put in their holder, the numbers are crooked and misaligned. Looks terrible! I would expect this from a Chinese imported product from Amazon, not Wera. After much research and reading online posts, I am not alone, many clients complaining. I tried to reach out to Wera in Germany over 7 times, left my contact info, but received no call back. After reaching the Canadian arm of the company and having somewhat of a misunderstanding, I was told this is as good as it gets and there are no plans to fix or change. I was told that these are considered a high volume product and the same quality or care is not put into them. However, if you purchase the Deep Sockets/HF Sockets or Impaktor, they do provide quality control and you receive them correctly etched. I know, because I own them all and this is correct. It is almost as if they feel clients such as myself should just deal with their poor craftsmanship at a premium price. HOWEVER, what is the most frustrating, is when you see their marketing images online, they show all the sockets aligned correctly. Why would they do this if it is false and if they feel unnecessary? Why not just take images of a row of sockets in complete disarray. We all know the answer. I am stuck, I have invested lots of money and cannot return. The problem is, I drank the juice, I like their tools, so I will keep them, but because of this, and more importantly, their lack of customer support I cannot recommend them. Would reconsider if they took their client concerns seriously, provided customer service and actually acknowledged the problem. If you are going to charge a premium and want to be considered one of the top manufacturers, your product offering needs to back this up. I wonder if Porsche would roll out a car where the leather seats had imperfections and the stitching was poor...as a standard?

Abgesehen davon, dass Wera einfach gutes Werkzeug herstellt, bieten sie auch noch den besten Service! Selbst wenn der Kunde, wie in meinem Fall, selber Schuld ist :)Ganz dickes Dankeschön und Lob an Herrn Przetak-Scheuer und seine supernette Kollegin am Telefon, deren Namen ich mir leider nicht aufgeschrieben habe.

Habe per Mail gefragt wo ich eine neue Tasche für den 1/4-Zoll Knarrensatz kaufen kann da bei meiner ein Halter für eine Nuss abgebrochen ist. Antwort habe ich keine erhalten. Dafür war drei Tage später ein Päckchen mit neuer Tasche da! Ein Super Service und schönes, sehr gutes Werkzeug!
