Freundliche Mitarbeiter im Lager Beladung ging sehr schnell.

Tan Logistik zeigte sich in der Zusammenarbeit äußerst unkooperativ schinden Zeit und wir verlieren täglich Geld , alles weitere ab heute mit dem Anwalt nicht einmal interessiert Lösungen zu finden . Probleme wurden passiv ausgesessen unsere Anfragen mit Ausflüchten beantwortet. Kundenorientierung war für uns nicht erkennbar. Eine weitere Geschäftsbeziehung ist daher völlig ausgeschlossen.

Viel Platz aber leider nur zwei Rampen. Trotzdem schnelle Abwicklung und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Bad idea to cooperating with, if you are forwarder or sedition company please send this company to black list.Short describing of situation:1. Conversation on @ 1 pal 180x115x120 560 kg, pallet wasn't ready i know about that and answered that that we can wait 30 min at load place.2. Shipment confirmed by @, Mr Ahmet promised to do order in 10 minutes.3. In 30 minutes he calling and confirmed that my truck should arrive.4. My truck arrived, still haven't order, they start load without confirmation 2 palets 900 kg weight.5. I called 3 times to their office, nobody want's help, personaly Mr Ahmet load it.6. I told that we deal on 1 pallet, guess what they do? they reload from second palet goods to the first :D Unload should be by tail lift which can take 750 kg easy, but when they put pallet in tail lift it wasn't works, so they try to load us 900 kg as well.7. I try to ask about extra money for us because we are deal by @ and waiting more than 2 hour, but Mr Ahmed told me about proofs of our deal :DDDVery funny company, i added it to black list, do the same if you want work normally.

Entladung dauert sehr lange, aber coole Mitarbeiter. Man sollte jedoch nicht nur deutsch sprechen können
