They charged me something extra. And i emailed them to fix . Firstly they said no and i insist and provide documents , than they said ok . But they charged me 100 euro more than actuel booking because of their mistake.Not a trustable company to rent a car and very bad customer relations.

Experience at Athens Global Rent a Car : Horrible! Located at 5 km of the airport. A very aggressive and unpleasant woman at the welcome. Be careful if you are French people, this agency try to make money on the confusion between credit and debit card. Nearly only debit card was used in France and this agency require credit card for the car garantuee. If not, you should pay an additional very expansive option! A real scam! Run away!

People do not hire cars from there anywhere. Go to locals and communicate the price and insurance. Do not support this bunch of thefts!

Don't know where to start... .1. no one went to check the car out with us, told me i had to sign papers saying car is ok without even looking at it2. Boys at the office told me car is delayed as it was at the car wash.3. took me 30 minutes to find the car on the public multi storey car park as boys at the office couldn't be bothered to show me where it is4. took me another 30 minutes to get out of the car park as guys at the office forgot to give me the exit ticket for the barriers5. when finally got out and seen car in the day light it was scratched! Had to stop, take pictures and send it back to the office. Also noticed that car was dirty! Despite of it being delayed due to being at car wash.6. When returning the car, no one went to check the car in. Car dropped off at 15:00 and paperwork was emailed back to me at 20:30 saying the car was scratched!7. Deposit was returned but later the same week i've got an email with an invoice saying that they will take £100+ for the damages made to the car. Damages that must have been made between 15:00 and 20:30 as car was returned in the same condition as was picked up8. Despite of me emailing the customer service team 5 times with complaints re how the whole rental went and then further emails asking why are they taking money off me for damages that were not made by me, no one still come back to me after 7 working days. Terrible customer care - so far.I booked a car at a very good price from Warsaw Chopin Airport. It was scratched, and as advised, I took a picture before leaving the car park. Again, as instructed, I showed this photo to the guy when I dropped off the keys and he said that the damage is already noted on the system. I then got an email saying that the car was damaged (duh!) and that I had caused it - untrue!! And I had proof. I emailed them back 4 times and have not had a response at all within 1wk. So I called their German branch. They are looking into it. But the Warsaw branch are terrible in my experience so far. The only silver lining I have is that I have not received an invoice yet, but can't tell if I've been charged since I haven't received my credit card statement yet.

Grösste Vorsicht! Ich bin zum zweiten Mal von dieser Firma betrogen worden, zweimal am Flughafen Frankfurt, selbe Station! Beim ersten Mal hiess es, die Agentur hätte das Auto storniert, und ich musste einen Wagen nach aktuellen Tarifen mieten, dreimal so teuer (Check24 hat aber alles zurückerstattet, halb so schlimm). Diesmal genau dasselbe. Unglaublich!

Fraud alert. Worst car rental experience ever. Company is stealing money from your deposit after few weeks. Trying to tell you that you damaged the car etc. Avoid!

FRAUD!!! They compensate their lower-than-average prices with a charge of fake damage later. Rented a car only for 2.5 days, use with a care without any accidents, returned full tanked and properly washed (after 2.5 days of use only!), week later recieved 180EUR bill for a fake damage of 2 tiny scratches. NEVER!

NEVER AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! Rented a car in Wroclaw with this company. Terrible experience. There was nobody at the counter upon arrival at 10pm. Eventually somebody showed up and processed 3 customers at the same time and had them walk to a dark parking lot to take delivery of the car. The car could not be inspected properly for this reason. Customers had to sign for condition of the car prior to seeing it and pay a deposit. After the rental period the car was returned and no inspection made. Two weeks after my rental period I received an invoice from this company for 400 euros damage. When I asked for a proper report on this damage I received some pictures but without a timestamp in the picture so no proof that the damage was caused by me. Contacted their customer service center who promised to review my case but still awaiting an answer and the clock is ticking. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not rent from this rental company that has a misleading name. For the total amount of the rent could have rented a Mercedes S-class from SIXT or Hertz. Cheap is basically expensive with these guys. RENTAL CAR MAFFIA
