My experience with Driller Queens started out rocky as my initial job did not go well and the service provided and execution standards were sub-par. However, the moment I emailed the company to report my experience, I was met with the best customer service I have ever received from any company. The owner, Charly, immediately admitted fault and took steps to rectify the issue and made me feel at ease. She then sent Keren to fix the install and was able to get it done within the next few days. Keren did a phenomenal job and was a joy to chat with during the entire process. She went above and beyond and treated the install with care and precision as if it were her own home. I will 100% be using Driller Queens again and would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for quality work from a trusted company.

I can't recommend this business more. We just had Robert install 3 lights and he was absolutely professional and very nice to talk to. From now on I will only book from Driller Queens if I need any other work at my place.

Miss Katja helped us in assembling our IKEA TV board perfectly and was very friendly throughout. She explained us what we did wrong while trying to assemble it ourselves and she fixed it from scratch.The whole experience of hiring the services of Driller Queens till the work was done was really smooth and professional. Highly recommended! The driller queen that took on my project was super knowledgable, professional and easy to communicate with (before and during the project). She also had a great sense of humor so was fun to work with. Also, I wasn't 100% regarding the placement of the shelf fixture I hired Driller Queens for, and she consulted me with her expertise and design eye for the best location in my front room. I'm very happy with the results!

More than a year ago, I went to one of their workshops. It made me feel comfortable about power tools, knowledgeable and safe! More than a year later, I can still drill holes like a queen. I hope that in a few years from now, a woman holding power tools will become a normal, unsurprising sight. Thank you for helping do just that!

All in all this was a great experience from beginning to end. Especially the friendliness and respect with which the Driller Queens operate is something I've unfortunately seldomly encountered when dealing with other service providers in this mostly men dominated field. It's a no-brainer recommendation.Right from the start the correspondence with everyone from Driller Queens was uncomplicated, quick and friendly. Our very pleasant Driller Queen, Keren, then did a great job in installing our kitchen dimmer lamp (we're deathly afraid of heights and have typically high Altbau ceilings) and also checked a broken lamp and explained why it's broken. In addition, she took the time to have a look and measure out another project were thinking of having done in the future and Driller Queens put us in contact with a carpenter. In the end she even cleaned up after herself(!) and the payment was super fair and easy (everything done via app where you immediately receive a receipt).Will definitely use this service again!

I definitely recommend Driller Queens to anyone needing home improvements or repairs. I hired Driller Queens to install ceiling mounted curtain rails and lights in my new apartment. Initially I had a phone consultation, and I was provided with a lot of good information and tips. That consultation call is well worth the money. I was then able to email the team several times to make sure the curtains and lights I was going to buy would work. These emails were all free of charge.The two-woman team that did the installations did a great job and were really clear with their communication throughout the day. They took extra measures to keep my apartment clean and I appreciated that they answered my questions about the lights and curtain functionality. Plus my big dog instantly loved them! Thanks again for helping my apartment look more like a home!

We had an amazing experience with Driller Queens.From initial contact to booking it took 3 work days to set everything up and agree on a date. We had 5 relatively difficult to set up lights to install in every room of the apartment. Some of them where missing necessary pieces and were designed for the look, not functionality.Our Driller Queen, Sarah, was a pleasure to meet and work with. She took care of every detail, explained a lot of things and gave us some helpful advice on what we could do with some other issues we had around the apartment.She was efficient and put a lot of care into the installation. She also made sure that all the surrounding furniture and home appliances were covered before drilling, but there ended up being very little dust anyway.I would contact Driller Queens again for any of their services if we can't do the job by ourselves.

Amazing service! I hired Driller Queens to install essentials such as lights and rods, but also to transform my own shelving and vanity desk ideas in the bedroom into reality. Sara did a really good job while being on time, patient, and precise. Her work helped me to feel much more cozy in my apartment. Will hire them again for sure!
