I have been renting cars in this location since more than one year now for my holidays, and I always had a great experience. Easy delivery and return, never an issue and great customer service. The last two times I was attended by Samira and she was really helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

The worst car rental experience I have had for a long time. Getting on hold of someone from the desk via phone is nearly impossible. Returned the car to other branch where I was informed there's no charge, but still got charge on my invoice. No reply to my emails. Never again Alamo/Enterprise.

Leider keine gute Erfahrungen gemacht :-( Bereits online gebuchte und bezahlte (!) Mietwagenklasse war bei Abholung vor Ort am BER nicht verfügbar und notwendiges Fahrzeug-Update musste zusätzlich aus eigener Tasche gezahlt werden. Bei anderen Autovermietern werden solche - nicht vom Kunden verschuldete - Updates nicht auf den Preis aufgeschlagen. Seriöser Kundenservice sieht anders aus! !!

Kann ich weiter empfehlen. Alles reibungslos verlaufen. Habe einen Kleinwagen für 2Tage gemietet und einen sehr Schönen, genau nach meinen Wünschen, bekommen.Danke nochmals Enno!Rücknahme ging auch fix, habe sogar noch einen netten Anruf bekommen, dass alles okay ist .

ACHTUNG BETRÜGER! Bei der Mietwagenrückgabe gibt es kein Übergabeprotokoll, das mit dem Mietwagen alles in Ordnung ist. Somit behauptete Alamo einfach Unwahrheiten, wie zum Beispiel der Tank wäre nicht voll. Man hat anstelle auf die Tankanzeige, auf die Batterieanzeige vom Hybridauto geschaut, trotz Kreditkartenauszugs vom Tanken zog man mir willkürliche Summen von Konto und ohne eine Nachverrechnung ab, zudem bediente man sich frecherweise an der Kaution! Betrug am Kunden und somit war es das erste und letzte Mal, das ich dort einen Mietwagen buche! Hebt alle Tankbelege auf und macht zusätzlich Fotos vom kompl. Fahrzeug, inkl. Tankanzeige!

I had a terrible experience with Aloma car rental. They charged me twice for the same rental, but when I contacted them about it with details and proof, they were unresponsive. I tried send out several emails also with phone calls, but they hardly answer. I have sent them the bank statement and the paid invoices, proof of me being charged twice and etc, but I never received a refund or even an acknowledgement of the mistake. It's incredibly frustrating to be taken advantage of in this way, and it's clear that Aloma has no respect for their customers or their money. I would strongly advise against using this company for any of your car rental needs. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere there are plenty of rental companies on Berlin Airport you can choose from!

It was a great experience checking in , very professional and knowledgeable Ipek helped me to get into my car quickly and smoothly. One of the best experiences with car rentals I ever had !

Worst possible customer service. Double charged me at the counter on rent originally paid online. Despite repeated calls and email exchanges and acknowledgement of the double charge I am still waiting to get my money back after 6 weeks.
