Sloppy work. Better late than never" is those guys' motto.Needed residence permit extended: handed in all required documents 3 months before the expiration of an old one. Just 3 weeks after got an email saying that the permit was issued. An appointment was scheduled for a date a week before the old permit expiration. Was completely sure I would get the documents on that date. How naive that assumption was - the sole purpose of that appointment was to had the fee collected and being told that it takes 4 weeks to print out the documents. Currently it's been more than half a month and counting without a valid residence permit at hand. No way to carry scheduled trip

They tell you they will process your document, then they throw it in the trash. Next time you come, they say that they don’t have such a document. Absolutely ridicilous.
