Truly exceptional experience - we arrived into Munich late after a long day of travelling and speak very little German (our fault, clearly). I needed to grab take out - the waiters led me to the manager who apologised for not having the menu in English before talking me through a selection of food appropriate to our group. As promised, the food came in 10mins during which time they provided a complementary beer and shot. The food when we ate it was delicious and easily the best meal of the holiday. A true moment of generosity and above and beyond service that I’ll carry with me forever
