Der Fahrradverleih ist super. Die Fahrräder sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ich als Tourist hätte mir nur ein Möglichkeit gewünscht an der ich mein Handy als Navi fixieren zu könnte.Wir haben alles über die App abgewickelt auch das lief reibungslos.

We had a truly terrible experience with this rental system while visiting Constance. We’ve registered in advance and went to the next stop which was supposed to have 2 bikes. In reality there was only one, which was offline and could not be activated. So, we went to the next one which again showed 2 bikes. In reality there were 4, but 2 were offline. Unfortunately, it was not a perfect match, because on the map there was only 1 bike identified correctly. The second one was one of the offline bikes. There was no way to rent the other bike that was switched on but not recognized by the online map. In the end, we ended up renting the one shown on the map and - out of desperation - one of the cargo bikes, which can be found at the same locations but are not shown in the app and need to be rented by text message to a different provider (?!). So confusing and uncomfortable! We still don’t know how to return the cargo bikes and just left it at the next stop.
