Ordered an espresso machine, my card was charged immediately and I received order confirmation email. The machine was listed as in stock with shipping in 1-2 days. However, the machine was not shipped I had to write multiple emails without answer. When calling the number you usually wait at least 20 minutes for someone to pick up. When they picked up they couldn't find my order in the system. When they found my order they explained to my that they had an IT problem and still don't know if there is a stock of the machine. After a week I decided to cancel my order and requested a refund but I still don't have a confirmation for my order cancellation. I've never had such terrible experience ordering anything online!
