We return car at Cologne-Bonn airport at 15:26 15.04.2023 was no one representative of enterprise at return location. We park car at designated Enterprise parking and put keys at key drop box. I put parking talon with time of return at dashboard. But at invoice return time 7:00 16.04.2023 + one extra day and extra charge!!!This is very not fair and not acceptable for honest business.I’m still not got refund.New update:I got refund for extra day charge €52, but got damage report for windshield damage after 2 weeks of refund car!! Also we got car with damage on windshield! And enterprise charge me 650€ for damage that already described at pick up list!!!Beware !!! This company is fraudulent!!!Not recommended to anyone!!! 0 star!!!Worst experience ever after 20 years of renting car.Update: After 2 weeks cancelled damage charge of 650 euro. I spend tons of phone calls and email.Enterprise/Alamo/National now out of my rental.

The guys literally saved our long weekend tripWe made a short-notice reservation via economybookings, the provider was Enterprise. We got confirmation from the aggregator, that the car we had chosen was available, however, when we arrived at the pickup point it turned out that automatic transmission cars were overbooked and we had to wait 2,5+ hours to get a chance to pick up a car that suited us. That was not an option for us, as we had several non-refundable hotels booked in Benelux, and the timing was a crucial thing for us. The reception specialists were very professional and understanding, they did everything to find a suitable alternative and finally provided us with a free upgrade and a suitable car. I do believe that the customer is first and they followed the principle to satisfy our needs. I would recommend the service because of the professionals who work there. The communication was smooth, polite, and nice, they reduced our stress and minimized our losses as if only it could be possible. All the thanks go to Julien Couvrat and Erdem Özbey. 10/10

I didn’t catch the man’s name on the desk this evening, but I found him to be incredibly courteous and efficient in delivering the service we needed. Fortunately for us, the car we had expected had oversold so we ended up with an upgrade or 2.

Ich habe letzte Woche Freitag übers Wochenende ein Auto angemietet. Der Empfang am Schalter war sehr nett und professionell. Das vor Ort vereinbarte Upgrade hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Rückgabe am Montag war ebenfalls super professionell und freundlich. Alles in allem TOP. Kein Vergleich zu anderen Autovermietungen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich habe am feiertag ein Auto bei Enterprise gemietet. Erst habe ich mir Sorgen gemacht darum, ob Jemand an dem Tag um 7Uhr da ist.Ja, war jemand da und der (Herr Julien Couvrat) war sehr nett. Wir haben nicht nur nette Service bekommen, sondern das war auch sehr nette Unterhaltung.Wir haben auch sehr gutes Auto bekommen.Vielen lieben Dank und ich komme zu Euch immer wieder.

Amazing experience! The attends Julien, Eduard, and Emre are really helpful and agile! I booked cars two times in Germany and I had no regrets! Price is also fair! If I need to rent a car again, I’m going for enterprise! I totally recommend it!

Absolut empfehlenswert, ich war geschäftlich Spontan auf einem Mietwagen angewiesen aber die Filiale hat trotzdem alle meine wünsche erfüllen können. Emre und Samira haben mich absolut transparent beraten und Aufgeklärt. Bei der Rückgabe gab es auch keine Überraschungen . kann ich nur jedem empfehlen. Super freundliches Personal.

Worked, efficiently. Little fiat 500. Good to decide what car not to buy, as this was on our list. Pick up and drop off was slightly confusing. Go to the first person and ask, both occasions. It is not self explanatory. Note: if you are not used to drive jet-lagged in a new and busy and complex city: skip the experience. Seriously.
