Bossmann GmbH (Trier und Luxembourg)

Stay away from Bossmann GmbH and its representative for Luxembourg Alexander Fast. The company took my money and never committed to start work for over 6 months. The case is sent to local authorities. The company first came to my house in June 2022 to provide an offer for facade and electric works. I accepted the offer for facade renovation in July 2022 and paid a deposit of EUR 8500 on 8 August 2022. As of 17 January 2023 no starting date was offered, Alexander Fast kept repeating that the weather doesn't allow for the works to start (even though outdoor construction works in Luxembourg were ongoing and for my house it will take approx. 3 weeks to finish the task), that he is not making the schedule, etc. At the end Alexander Fast referred me to another subsidiary and their accountants for reimbursement. At no point he provided any possible starting date or offered a solution. I will keep this post updated as information from local authorities comes and if my money is returned eventually.Update 21/02/2023: Stil no starting date, I've been transfered from one person to another, some replying from gmail.com accounts.Update 18/03/2023: I've already selected another contractor. Bossmann contacted me finally that they could start the works 9 months after I accepted their offer. So if you work with them, get ready for such treatment. I've retain lawyers to recover my deposit.
