Pilates Seed
The pilates classes with Naila are great! The lessons have a lot of flow and challenge you as much as you need it. Nailas competent, friendly and happy way of teaching let you forget that you are working :). Her sessions are very varied and she enriches the exercises with her knowledge as a professional dancer. I absolutely recommend pilates seed with Naila!
