ETRO is a great brand and the service in their stores is always excellent.But an incident happened with ETRO Frankfurt.I was not in the store, but I ordered a coat from them with delivery to Ukraine. I paid by card, clearly wrote where and to whom to send.I talked with the Russian-speaking seller Adriana. She received SMS with the address and name of the recipient. At first everything was fine until they confused the name of the recipient))))) to correct the situation for them is to submit 2 pieces of paper to DHL about the change of the recipient. Without this, I cannot receive the parcel in Ukraine.They can't do anything for the third day. Adriana only tells me: we did everything we could. And all they could do was take the money, make a mistake indicating the recipient and shrug their shoulders.Moreover, either he really does not understand what to do or is fooling ... but so far neither money nor a coat (((((ETRO отличный бренд и сервис в их магазинах всегда на уровне.Но с ETRO Франкфурт случился казус.В магазине не был , но заказал у них пальто с доставкой в Украину. Оплатил картой , четко написал куда и кому отправить.Общался с русскоязычной продавцом Адрианой. Она принимала смс с адресом и именем получателя. Сначала все было хорошо до тех пор пока они не перепутали имя получателя ))))) исправить ситуацию для них это подать 2 бумажки в DHL об изменении получателя . Без этого не могу получить посылку в Украине.Они никак третий день не могут ничего сделать . Адриана только мне говорит: мы сделали все что могли . А все что они смогли это взять деньги, ошибиться с указанием получателя и развести руками.Причем или действительно не понимает что делать либо придуривается .....но пока ни денег ни пальто (((((
