Sehr unfreundliches Team. Ich habe nach einer Handyhülle gefragt und er antwortete mir mit einem Nein obwohl er eine Menge von der Hülle auf dem Tresen da hatte. Würde ich keinem weiterempfehlen.

Leute ich schwöre euch geht niemals dort hin niemals im Leben mir wurde mein Handy kaputt gemacht anstatt repariert und ich hab von sehr vielen gehört das die da schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben niemals da hin gehen!!!!!!!

Rude and unhelpful. Purchased sim card and credit only to find it was already registered. Store refused to refund, even though they acknowledged the sold the goods under false pretences.

Ich hab im Juni oder juli mein Handy da gekauft der Typ der mir das verkauft hat meinte alles original irgendwann war mal der Akku kaputt und beim reparieren hat sich rausgestellt das es ein fakeakku ist das Display auch aber das finde ich egal Hauptsache es funktioniert das eigentliche Problem liegt daran das ich keine Updates mehr machen kann da liegt irgend ein system Fehler vor ich war schon oft da um zu fragen ob sie mir helfen können und jedes Mal sollte ich 2 Stunden später kommen oder gestern sollte ich auf einmal in einen Laden in der Herrmannstraße 86 also ich empfehle da garnichts zu kaufen
