This is shop has the rudest staff member. He does not care for any customer service and would rather take peoples money and sell them a product that is not fit for purpose.When discussed with the guy in the shop he said its not his problem and he does not care. Despite trying to reason with him he said the store is shutting soon and to come back when he is not there as he does not want to help.Rude, unhelpful, arrogant and quite honestly does not care.Was contacted by owner who wanted to rectify the issue. He apologised and said the member staff is not normally customer facing and is normally in the office. However he apologised and issued a refund.

Ich musste aus Not hier ein iPhone Lightning Kabel kaufen, welches leider sich als Defekt herausgestellt hat. Kann ich nicht empfehlen!!!

Last-Minute" Shopping Tour - kurz vor Ladenschluss.-Sehr nette Mitarbeiter

Nachdem ich in den Laden gegangen war, um Ratschläge zu einem tragbaren Ladegerät zu erhalten, hatte ich einige Probleme mit einem unhöflichen Mitarbeiter. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Ladenbesitzer konnten wir die Situation jedoch korrigieren.After going into the store for some advice on a portable charger I had a few issues with a member of staff who was rude. However after having a discussion with the owner of the store we were able to rectify the situation.

Such a rude woman at the counter, asked politely about the sim options she rudely answered “20 gb 30€ it’s something expensive expensive do you want it or not” I left
