Ich bin mit meinem Kauf sehr zufrieden Auto war bei Auslieferung ordentlich und sauber hergerichtet. Präsentation der Autos und Grundstücke sind ordentlich und seriös. Verkäufer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, transparent und bereit auf jede Frage zu antworten.

Secrect defects, arrogant behavior.I asked him in message before and he told me on car is ONLY front fender defect!So I arrived on Saturday and the whole side of the car was crashed and there was a few more dents and the tail light was broken too.I asked him why he lied to me and he just laughed and told That's not a new car."NEVER COME HERE!"

Ich habe vor ca. 2 Wochen bei ALEXIM einen gebrauchten KIA Ceed gekauft und habe jetzt meine ersten ca. 600km damit zurrückgelegt. Ich bin mit dem Auto im vollen Umfang zufrieden, bekommen wie versprochen sozusagen.Zum Service/Bezahlung kann ich nur sagen es war super, alles ging schnell und zuverlässig (Zeit war bei der An-/Abmeldung ein Faktor). Auch an dieser Stelle volle Zufriedenheit meinerseits.Ich werde den Händler weiterempfehlen und komme, sollte sich der Bedarf ergeben, auch gerne wieder.

Haben am Montag hier ein Auto gekauft nette Mitarbeiter wurden gut beraten hat alles sehr gut und schnell geklappt. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen immer wieder gern würden wir wieder da kaufen . Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles MfG

die autos sind in einem sehr guten zustand. Sie geben Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Der Verkäufer Niels Sørensen hat mich sehr gut beraten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Auto. keine Probleme.

Just bought this beautiful bmw serie 1 (116i) and cannot be more happier. Huge thanks to Niels who helped me out from the begging till the end. He always have been very polite, flexible and profesional. For personal reasons I could not go to Germany and had to take a risk to buy the car without trying it. I totally trusted ALEXIM Team and have no regrets at all. Also want to thank Niels again as he personally helped me out with all the paperwork which was a lot as I imported this car to Spain, Barcelona (place where I live). I really appreciate the constant communication and understanding of any unexpected issues (which I also had a lot). Niels also helped me out to organize and check the transport truck to bring the car to me. In conclusion, this is all about building a relationship which in my opinion was totally achieved. Also the car came very clean, exterior as in the pictures and no problems of any kind with the engine!Thank you very much for this amazing experience.
