Sehr schlecte service. Fahrer vom DHL Auto AZK 116 schreit auf den Kuden, , wenn kurz warten muss. Er kligelt immer wie beim Feueralarm. Ich habe kleine Kider. Sie wurden immer von solchen Lärm erschroken . Ich habe mehr Mals ihn gebeten so nicht machen. Aber er will dass nicht acceptieren. Sein Nachname will er mich nicht sagen. Sogar wenn ich zu Hause bin, lässt er meine Pakette bei den Nachbarn unten, obwohl ich bei der Tür warte.Sehr, sehr schlecht

Sobald etwas nicht nach nach Schema läuft und es etwas länger dauert werden die Mitarbeiter patzig und man muss sich von dem Kunden hinter einem anmachen lassen. Unpersönlich.
