Hertz 24/7

We booked a transporter one month in advance for the morning of the last Saturday of November 2021. We urgently needed the transporter at that very day, because our helping hands did only have time that Saturday. Several weeks passed until the date arrived. However, 25 minutes before the booked time point, the transporter was spontaneously cancelled by Hertz and no one in charge was available to be reached by phone. We struggled a lot to find another car rental company that offered another transporter and were only lucky with Europcar in a city 40 km away from us! With this experience, I cannot recommend Hertz (in Würzburg) at all!
