Muss jetzt mal Frust ablassen: Wie kann es sein, dass die beim Willkommenscenter am Infoschalter BASIC INFORMATION falsch herausgeben und Leute so die Hoffnung nehmen?!Hab hier ein Pärchen aus Liberia mit einem Kind mit ukrainischer Staatsbürgerschaft (!) und es wurde ihnen gesagt sie kriegen nur 6 Monate permit. Dabei steht doch ganz klar im Gesetz dass Angehörige von ukrainischen Staatsbürgern bis zu 3 Jahre Aufenthalt nach der neuen §24 Massenzustromrichtlinie bekommen.

Truth is, they have given me not a very useful help. I have been there in 4 opportunities and it is always the same. Once, the people that could've actually helped me left early, even knowing I was there. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.

Friendly and very helpful stuff. I wish you would be open more days a week. Contacted the center to get some support related to kindergeld and kita issues and got help and information about the integration activities in Leipzig as . Thank you so much for helping and going extra mile to help to solve my issues.

Place to be :) sehr gute und vorallem kontentreiche Beratungen. Musste noch nie lange warten, das Team berät sich untereinander.Ich übersetzte viel,d. h. dass ich oft mit Beratungsstellen oder sozialvereinen zu tun habe. das Willommenszentrum und das Referat für Migration sind eindeutig meine Lieblingsberatungsstellen, man wird schlicht und einfach ernst genommen.
