Emirates Airlines

The quality of Emirates Airlines was outstanding. Both the flight itself and the service received were first-rate.

I arrived at my destination on time and without a hitch. Emirates Airlines had fast service. Flight attendants were polite and professional.

Pathetic costumer service.Turkish Airlines rescheduled the first flight (TK1366) and simply CANCELED the return flight ( TK1376 from Istanbul Marseille). Just got an email and they did not provide any alternatives solutions, nor informations about other flights, or reimbursement...Called their customer service, paid 14€50 extra phone charges to never get anyone in the end.Had to drive during rush-hour through the entire city to their airport office and pay the parking there only to get received by a disgruntled ineffective employee.Resorted to cancel both flight altogether and use another company.They CANNOT BE TRUSTED.Flew to 54 countries already, some in remote places or third world countries, but never saw such level of incompetence backed by so much pretentiousness. I trusted the way they presented themselves as a modern company but had a bitter taste of what’s behind the varnish.Will never use them again... wasted enough time and money because of their untrustworthy behavior.

I don't recommend it to anyone, you pay And if you get into trouble, they talk you out and your money floats, they delete everything
