مع الأسف تعامل مكتب القطع في مطار فرانكفورت ومدير المكتب في فرانكفورت غير لطيف، ولم يكونوا متعاونين معي عندما كان لدي استفسار هاتفي حول تذكرة عائلتي. كان المتوقع منهم أن يمثلوا الشركة بأوربا بشكل أكثر مهنية وتهذيب.

Literally the worst airline I have ever flew in and that says a lot. Completely incompetent staff, extremely rude and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never flying this airline again and don't recommend anyone to use it. They just want to milk money off from customers. Best to go to Beirut from Europe via Istanbul or Greece using the airlines from these countries. We will be better served.

I don't know why we bother taking the very expensive MEA ticket to have a modest sky team airplane every time and the modest service on it, where are the original and the new airplane they have?. They should change this policy otherwise no one will take it anymore.
