Absolutely trash. They told my wife and myself at the airport that our ticket wasn't valid as the reservation wasnt paid for even when we had the proof of receipt through Expedia. The kicker that they confirmed our reservation over the phone only to deny it in person less than an hour before the flight. We had to pay triple the price to catch a flight on the same plane and they have failed to remedy the problem along with Expedia. The escalation process is trash and goes around in circles after hours of waiting and there is no way to actually register your complaint or gain any traction on it. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction if you ever see this name or Flair and the same goes for Expedia who basically told me that I have to claim my money through them directly. Go figure. Bunch of thieves. Would give 0 stars if i could to both.

Total scam. They did not give us valid ticket numbers, when we got to the airport we were told we had no reservation (even though we confirmed our reservation), they have failed to remedy the problem and it’s almost impossible to find contact information in order to register a complaint. Do NOT buy tickets that use Hahn Air as a third party!!!

I should have read the reviews here before booking. Total scam. They took my money for flight tickets in Kenya and when I went to the airport, they told me that there are no flights and that this company scams many people out of their money. Horrible.
