Ich habe mich schon lange nicht mehr so unwohl gefühlt wie heute in diesem Laden. Es war sehr voll. In der Kabine gibt es keinen Spiegel. Vor dem Spiegel draußen standen viele Kundinnen. Ich konnte mich in dem Chaos nicht auf mich konzentrieren und habe die Verkäuferin gefragt, ob ich die Kleidungsstücke wieder zurückgeben kann, wenn ich zu Hause feststelle, dass sie mir nicht stehen. Die Store-Managerin stand in der Nähe und hat mich gehört. Es gab einen Blickkontakt zwischen Verkäuferin und Store-Managerin, dann ein Augenrollen und eine Kopf-ab-Geste von der Store-Managerin.

I enjoyed my stop here and bought a bracelet. Though I tried a few sweaters, they were all itchy and shedding quite a lot. The saleswoman let me use her lint roller, but I had to use at least 3 layers to get the fibres off of my clothes. The shop is beautiful, but the prices are quite high!

Toller Laden!! Es ist toll, dort einzukaufen. Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Kauf zu lösen und sie haben es super schnell gelöst und mir alle Möglichkeiten gegeben. Die Store Managerin arbeitet außergewöhnlich gut.

I have never been treated to rudely as a customer in my life! My mother visited me at Christmas and bought a pair of trousers from this store along with a whole load of other things, spending close to €1000. She returned to London but once she got home she had to repack for a trip to New York so she unwrapped the trousers, tried them on and realised she had bought the size too big. While I was in London last week, I picked them up from her, brought them back to Berlin. My mother called the store to ask them to hold the size smaller and I would be in that week. At first they told her that wasn’t a problem but they could only hold the trousers until Thursday and if the size was no longer available a store credit would be issued. I couldn’t get there before Saturday because of work. She called on Thursday to tell them I couldn’t get there until Saturday and they changed their tone. They told her they didn’t know who she spoke to but they would never have said they’d give a store credit. Anyway cut to me going into the store on Saturday. I explained that my mother had called bla bla bla. The manager took the trousers out of the bag and told me they were dirty, she then sniffed them and said they smelled bad. The trousers had mohair on them from the jacket my mother had bought the same day, she never wore them because they were too big and she has been in New York for weeks and they remained in the sessùn paper bag the whole time. I explained about the mohair and she still claimed they were dirty, I smelled them and they smelled like dyed fabric and that was taking a long hard sniff. Another sales assistant smelled them and said they smelled of smoke (no one in our family smokes), this seemed to bother the manager because even she had to admit they didn’t smell of smoke. I was obviously upset because the woman was telling out and out lies and was just clearly unwilling to reason with me. She announced that because I had been so rude she wouldn’t help me at all. Luckily I was with my German speaking friend who stated the mohair was unreasonable and the smell was non existent or whatever it was was not from anything my mother had done. After me getting close to going all out nuts at this woman she eventually went to the storage room and said she’d managed to find the size smaller. Why she couldn’t have just done that from the start rather than insult me and then act shocked at my offended response god only knows. The store has beautiful clothes and they’re all smiles while they help you shop but only buy something knowing that should you have a problem with the item or decide to exchange it then you’re screwed. I will never shop here ever again and will post on my largely followed social media (I’m a model) to not shop there either. Horrible horrible experience!

Reklamationen werden nicht zurückgenommen aus fadenscheinigen Gründen, die nicht nachvollziehbar sind. Ist mir noch nie passiert. Frage mich ob das legal ist. Sehr unfreundliche Verkäuferinnen.
